Shipping & Returns
Returns are considered on a case-by-case basis. Because bespoke and customized garments are created specifically for individual clients, they may not be eligible for return unless there is an issue with the order.
Where a return is approved due to an error or issue attributable to the order, shipping arrangements will be discussed with the client. Other approved returns may be subject to applicable shipping costs.
